I have to get mine taken out I know I have to call insurance and bond but how do I go about getting the other one installed ? At the same time?

I have to get mine taken out I know I have to call insurance and bond but how do I go about getting the other one installed ? At the same time?
OK..Well.ive yet to go to court I am just on bond but it is a condition of it. But I'll call the police dept. And see. I guess it will be fine I'm sure, I just know it will be humiliating to tell the auto place that they will have to go with me in the car I'm buying so I can switch it, and I guess then drive straight to the insurance co. And change that. Then call the bond again to say it's all complete. Wow so complicated. I hope I don't have to pay a tow truck to bring a car or take it back or both. Hopefully they'll work with me I know that salesman will be talking about at lunch lol
