its the exact same problem for me im 16 if you dont have time in the day to excersize dont worry about making an hour to do some stupid routine the trick is to do any form of excersize if you even have 2 minuites in the day dont walk slowly to places make it a jog or a fast walk you should also eat healthy duh you probably know all of this but what really got me not to many people know doctors say that it is actually healthier to eat every 2 to 3 hours not a meal a snack a granola bar one hour an apple another some trail mix another dont go for breakfast lunch and dinner because you are actually starving yourself untill each meal and then you will eat alot of food if you snack lightly every once in a while your body dosent need as much food at one time now of course you still need to et dinner trust me you can have snacks all day instead of breakfast and lunch but dinner is sopposed to hold you off for as long as you sleep and if you dont eat dinner youll pig out on breakfast also dont eat a candy bar for your snack that wont last you untill your next snack time and youll end up being hungry again the occasional bag of chips once or twice or mabe mabe three times a week is ok just make them slightly healthier snacks (NO CHEETOS AND STUFF) u no go for baked chips if you musst they are way healthier than normal chips
