I am now 7 days late. With sore breasts and some cramping. Pregnancy test time?

I wouldn't worry just yet, sounds more like your getting ready to start your period. Cramping is not typical in early pregnancy. however, breasts become tender with periods sometimes too. Give it a few more days, unless you just cant wait. If you decide to take one make sure you buy a good one, and you'll probably want to get a twin pack so if it comes back negative you can wait and take another one in a week. Good luck
