You should try to relax as much as possible for the next 3-5 days, if it still hurts you should go see a doctor:) Theese injuries are quite normal in sports and you should not worry at all, and in the future you should warm up better to avoid theese injuries.

I have already had this for a week or so. I think that I am going to get x-rays this week.
