I am more of a tactile learner and I can't find a way to stay focused in school, help?

You can try to tell a teacher or parent that you can’t stay focused. Maybe they could find a reason you’re not focused and/or figure out a way to help you focus.

It’s ok. If it’s that bad get a thearapist and try talking to a guidance counselor so they could help you get one if possible (I don’t know what you’re School is like or how much adults there help). If you present it to a parent again and they dismiss it look up reasons it could be, such as mental disorders (ADD/ADHD or similar), or you can try and figure out if there’s anything going on stressing you out and present that to said parent/thearapist/guidance counselor.

Keep your hands to yourself and discuss the possibility of having ADD with your parents.
