I have been employed with my company for over a year and in december fulltime position was offered to me. It took my company untill april to make me full time. April 1st i was a fulltime employee and was offered health insurance. The day after i was offered the incurance i personally took my completed paperwork back up to the main building. it is now the end of August and i still have not recieved my incurance. My company keeps giving me different stories every time I call stating that It will be taken out of my next check. Which it has not, I have every single paystub Sence i started working there. I also havecoppies of the insurance papers i filled out and a copy of the letter that i wrote to my company stating that i still have not receieved my insurance. But a few days ago my boss told me our company was trying to hire a employee fulltime but not give her any benifits (vacation time, Sick time, and insurance) just to work the 40 hours a week. And then told me that is probably why i havent receieved my insurance, simply becuse they dont want to pay into it. But i have already been offered it and have already filled out 2 sets of paper work in the past 5 months. I live in West Virginia and i have had a conversation with a lawyer stating that it is illigal to do that. Hpw do i go about taking this to court without a lawyer>
