I am looking for a portable device which will allow me to access the Internet while in my car.  I will be using this mobile internet device for streaming audio over the Internet from radio stations as I drive.  Therefore, this device must have a headphone jack.  I assume it must use 3G/4G technology to do this because, as I drive, I will not always have access to a WIFI signal.  Please note that this device does not have to be a cell phone.  I already have an old cell phone which still works just fine.  I don't need another one.  Could you suggest a device?  Is anything available which is inexpensive?  Thanks.

Pocket wifi units are available but they have no headphone jack, and you have to pay for another sim to make them work. The cheapest way is to use your cell phone then use Bluetooth to feed the signal to your car radio if it has Bluetooth capability, or use your headphones

There are lot of portable devices available in the market for internet like airtel 3g wifi router. This is very small devices and you can easily keep it in your pocket. This creates a wifi connection and very much suitable for car also.
