well you walk up to her and you start holding a good conversation introduce yourself and from there you would find out if you really like her and if she likes you this will help you find other things to talk about family what kinda things are you interested in your likes as well as your dislikes any sisters or brothers things that one would want to know
Girls like condfidence, or at least my friends and I. Believe am about your age, most girls don't know if anyone likes them, and my friends and I would at least bebe thinking OMFG A GUY LIKES ME OMG OMG so there is no harm in asking. Also, make sure u actually like her because I have guy friends who have broken up a bunch of times because they don't know the girl they're dating. So as long as your nice and like polite or something, it can't really go terribly. Good luck!!!
