I am in a play and I have to fall on my shoulder without using my hands?

I do plays as well, and coincidentally i have had to do the same type of thing. What i do is just role into the fall. keep your head away from the floor the whole time, and just let your ankle role into the the ground, then your knee, then your hip, etc. It won't stop you from feeling anything but it helps. Also try to avoid letting your hip take to much force, tilt your back so your butt hits the floor more than your hip and you should be fine.
