... is having trouble walking its as if her muscles in her back stop working and she arches her back downward and then her legs seem to give out and she drops to her knees. Any ideas

Check her for any bites along her back and behind her ears, check if she is producing white mucus or a white powder on her nose. If she has bites, get something that kills deer ticks and lice, and wash her in it. If she had the white mucus, take her to a veterinarian right away.
