my belly is now getting to 65 inches I can Hadley get out of bed some times I have to roll out and some times I find some food gone and I am sure I sleep eat , please help me

Old School is always going to be the best way. For now, cut your portions in half. Instead of one cup of beef have a half cup of beef for example. If you drink soda, switch to diet soda. The only regular soda I would recommend is Sierra Mist Natural, but still watch how much you drink.
