I am freezing cold but my body temperature is 37.5 celsius. What's wrong with me?

Sounds like you are sick with something like the flu or even have a fever. You should call your doctor

That happened to me once before. I was freezing and shivering everywhere I went and other people were just fine. A few days later I was back to normal. You likely just have a cold like I did.

P.S. When I was like that I ate some lettuce (whole leaf works best) and I would instantly feel a little better.
