I am 10 years old and weigh 32 kg. My friend is 29 kg and I don't know what the other one weighs but I think it is less than me. I have tried to eat no chocs or treats for as many days as I can but I just can't help eating something unhealthy! I also have PE on thursdays at school but it doesn't help, really. What should I do to lose weight?

First off your only 10 years old you shouldn't worry about losing weight.
But the easiest way to control your weight is calorie intake vs calorie expenditure. Basically if you burn more calories (with exercise or work) than you eat you lose weight or stay the same weight.
Becoming mindful of what you eat at an early age is a smart habit to learn. But don't starve yourself trying to look a certain way especially at your age.
Just focus on a balanced diet.

You should never judge what weight you should be by comparing it to someone else. If they're doing the same, you will both be losing weight to get below the other and will waste away to nothing.
Instead, take advice about what a "healthy" weight is and stick to that, regardless of what anyone else weighs. At the moment, you are at a healthy weight and you have nothing to worry about.
I wholeheartedly agree. Be your own person.
Avoid foods that are unwholesome like cutting out soda.

Sorry. I use pounds and ounces for weight, but I know that one kilogram is 2.2 pounds. So you're only, like, 70lbs. That's no fat at all. You're less than half my weight and you don't see me complaining. You're good to go; stop wasting your time worrying about the small things in life and focus on the more important.

First of all DON'T stop eating and those kind of stuff that's the worst thing you can do. If your only excercising in P.E. classes which are only on Thursdays, honestly in my opinion it's really bad just excercising once a week and to do more exercise which leads to loosing weight you can try joining any club at school or out of school of any sport, running early in the morning on weekends, join a soccer, football, volleyball, etc team, etc. I hope I helped :)
