Hi! I'd suggest checking out Valoso.com. Although there are plenty of other reliable video editor hiring sites like Elance, I find Valoso really easy to use and I've always experienced a pretty fast turn around. Plus, the videos they created turned out really awesome! The cooking tutorial I made went viral on my Facebook page and it was a success since the number of students who signed up for my cooking tutorial course doubled. But most of all, I find it really gratifying that I've seen comments from users who tried following the recipe and received positive feedback saying that the recipe was delicious!
Generally free video editing software will have some functions that cannot be used. Or you can find some online free software. But as we all know, online editing software is unstable and very insecure. It is recommended that you still use offline. I have used a lot of video editing software, personally think that TunesKit AceMovi and Adobe Premiere are better. If you have a lot of experience in video editing software, I suggest you use Adobe Premiere. If not, you can try TunesKit AceMovi. This program has many functions, you can record videos and add various special effects, and the online content can basically meet your needs. The most important thing is that the software is smooth to use and can be tried for free.
