I am debating whether to quit my job for a new one that pays the same, is this ok?

I started this job in January and I am being hired for a new job a little further from home for the same pay. I am wondering if it is worth it. I have about 50-60 cases that I am managing at this current job and the new job is stating that I will only manage 8 it is a new position tho

if you ask me i would say do the new one its 8 but what garantee is it you wont have to do more work than you are doing now and also think about transportation the closer to home the better
