... to see if I could get more information on how an interfaith marriage could work. I have experienced all of the sacraments with the exception of Anointing of the Sick and Matrimony.
I have been researching as much information as possible, but I was wondering if you can give me more of the answers to what I am looking for. It is a sensitive topic. After I am married I want to have kids. I would love for them to be baptised, but out of respect for the Muslim religion, I do not think it would be a fair thing to do. I know that if I do not baptise them my marriage is invalid in the Catholic church. If I do baptise the children, I force my future husband's religion to be invalid. Is there another way to be cautious and respectful of both religions?
I would really like to know how I can make this work. I love him. I want this. I just need to know the loophole that allows our marriage to be valid within both religions. Thanks for your time.
