Banks can't legally pull my credit until I'm 18 but as an emancipated minor i can enter into contracts and own my own property. I would like to buy a house and was hoping to go through a mortgage, but seeing as how i can't due to my no credit issue, i want to buy real estate with a cash offer. problem is, i don't know if i can do that either.
