I have 2 sons & would like to keep my last name if I should marry again. I know most women take their new husbands name so could I keep mine as it is now if I re marry?
You can legally keep your name however the person you intend to marry may take offense to that why not change your current last name to your middle name and possibly add a hyphen then add your new hubby's name.
