I've added a gallon of whole milk to my regular diet for the last about 4 days, and my scale currently says i weigh 135 now, but i'm not sure if i have really gained that much in that short of time. I'm currently getting about 4,000 calories a day, maybe slightly more, compared to how much i consumed before starting GOMAD which was probably only 1500-2000 calories a day. I just want peoples opinions on this. I'm desperate to gain weight because i'm tired of being so skinny. I've been like this all my life because my metabolism is crazy fast, and i've never eaten enough to change it, because getting 4000+ calories with solid food is pretty difficult.

Diets are ok only if a professional person has made one just for you, and even then they don't always work right. You need to study some books about nutrition so you will know how to eat right. In any case, weight is not your problem. When you are hungry, eat whatever you want as long as you are sure it's food. When you are not hungry, stop eating. Your weight will adjust to your lifestyle with no further attention from you.
