I am 6 weeks pregnant with almost no symptoms at all. The only thing I have noticed is slight cramping off and on, my nipples are a little more sensitive than normal and my appetite has increased a bit. I can't go two hours without snacking. Other than that I feel perfectly normal. It just worries me a bit and gets me paranoid. Has anyone ever experienced no symptoms like this? Or is it a little too early for me to have them? Please let me know

It's fine. Your only a month and half pregnant. Right now your baby like the size of a tennis ball. Imagine a tennis ball in your stomach. It's not really going to be any bigger right? However, if you're really worried, just visit your doctor and get a checkup. Congratulations on the pregnancy!
