I am 6 foot tall maybe taller and I was wondering if 36 inseam jeans would be long enough for me?

That is not something your total height will que you in on. You need to actually measure your inseam to know what your inseam number (in inches of course) actually is. That or try on pants until one fits just right and note what the inseam is.
