My dad is only 5'7 and my mom is 5'1. They're kind of short any I realize that but I don't want to be 4'11 all my life. I am a girl BTW. I started puberty early...I hope I will grow taller.

You can still grow a couple of inches more if you drink milk at least 2 times a day, and basketball, gymnastics, ballet, and swimming really help too! Confidence, confidence is also the key I'm 15 and 5'6 and people say I'm too tall but I have confidence and know I'm normal for my age! Now there's something tricky too in what I'm going to tell you it won't make you be taller but it will make you LOOK taller: cut your hair to your shoulders, get highlights, get a fringe, do your hair in an up-do, wear high heels not massive high heels because it will be uncomfortable for your feet and make them tired and eventually that leads you to look smaller, wear all your clothes in one color, say yes to high- waisted shorts, wear a v-neck line top, try wearing mini skirts not to mini though, and horizontal lines are your enemy wear vertical lines another key to look taller ;) hope I helped!!!
I remember when I was about your age, I was dying to get taller. Perhaps, peer pressure made me want it really badly. It was that time when I tried to drink milk and increased my protein intake. Just as what I've read from waysgrowtallerfaster.com, I've always believed in protein power. And yes, they increase the production of your growth hormones. I grew a few inches back then. Honey, you're still young. Do not worry, you will grow. Remember, there's no magic pill to increase your height. Start staying healthy, active and eating the right kinds of food. And although genes could play a part of your height, our bodies are distinctive on its own.
I was really short like that when i was 16 too :) i'm 17 about to turn 18 soon. i'm like 5'1 now. i didn't grow very much but i'm happy with my size! everyone loves a short girl :D
