... periods were going to be very irregular. And after 6 months, it would be rarely ever. However, the first 6 months, I got my period only 1 time every 2 months or every month and a half, which lasted only a day or 2 at most everytime and was extremely light and it was good like that! But my 7th and 8th month (currently), I am experiencing 3 periods a month, about 4 to 7 days long each time. It comes very unexpected and is very light but that's super often, considering what my gyno told me, not to mention that my cramps have gotten a lot worse! I was curious to know if this was normal for this contraceptive or am I going through this for any abnormal reason? I would very much like to go back to how it was only every couple of months if that's possible

I think each of us is unqiue to what our body is going to do it can be light or pretty heavy just spotting plus it also takes into consideration. What the method of birthcontrol is the side affects theses different things i think its normal only to how it works on a person plus can change alot of what your use to.
