Try to know how many calories your body could burn in a day. Then try to eat a lot more than your body could take at a day. Also just try eating proper Meat, vegetables and Rice/Bread/Wheat. Also drink 8 cups of water a day. You should eat things made of wheat most then vegetables then meat. Meat is good for protein while vegetables for your Vitamins, wheat is for your energy. Try to take things that is fried like French fries. Then off you go! Good Luck!
