maybe you could punish yourself everytime you do it. then everytime you want to but dont reward yourself. :)
That's a good idea, i do good i get reward but if i do bad i get punished. Let me try this For a week or two and then let see what happens. Thanks :)

in my we culture we cannot choose somebody by yourself, that's the problem, and i really want to stop being addicted to it before i chose someone for my life.
Also, i really don't want a partner for sexual relationship. i cant do that. sorry, if you can give me another idea it will be much better, please :(
I understand. It sounds like this puts a lot of pressure on you but I do understand. Is the problem the pornography or the masturbation? I'm wondering if you could avoid watching porn and just use your imagination.
Also, maybe you could show that you are ready for a wife and this process could begin.
