I am 19 years old and am overweight on a doctor scale. How do I find the motivation to work out?

The only place to find it should be within yourself, not on the words of a doctor.
When you look in the mirror, do you see an overweight person, or do you just see "you"?
Know that being overweight, is just a term for someone who doesnt meet the recommended weight for someone with your age/height, etc. When weight becomes more of an issue in relation to health, its much more trickier.
