I have two months left. I am looking to pursue a relationship with an older man. However, I'm not going to sleep with him until after my birthday. I live in California and I just want to know if he can be arrested for being in a committed relationship with me. We have been sort of dating but haven't been serious and things are beginning to get serious. We have talked about it and he understands why I want to wait. He isn't worried about it but I am because I really like this guy. He is in his mid-twenties.
