Legally speaking no, you can't. You're under 18 so by law not only are you your parents' responsibility, it's even, legally speaking, worse that your boyfriend is over age and you're not. But not all parents are the type of people who will bring this kind of thing to the police or court; speak to your dad about it, if that doesn't work wait until you turn 18. At that time you'll no longer be a minor and, by law, will be able to live whereever and with whoever you want.

It depends first on whether cops stop you for any other reason, and second on whether someone wants to pay for a ticket to ship you home again. Since you are close to 18, they probably would not pay for the ticket because they assume you would just run away again. So there it is.
