I am a runner so I am not weak or overweight. I am definitely not anorexic.
But I started measuring my calorie intake and discovered I'm eating around 1000 calories a day and it's probably been like this for a while. I eat breakfast and lunch at school but I don't have a lot of food at home. Is this bad. Also I have been trying to eat healthier: water not pop.
I am 17, 5'3", 111 lbs, and feel like I'm not eating enough?

Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. When you are hungry, eat anything you want as long as you are sure it's food. When you are not hungry, stop eating. Your body will adjust itself to the best weight for your lifestyle without any further attention from you.
Calories are not a useful measurement.
