The easiest way to tell is by having your wrist x-rayed at the doctor's office. They can tell you what your "bone age" is, and that is more important than your chronological age. You can be 22 and still growing slowly, because your bone age is 14. You could be 13 and done growing, because your bone age is 20+. If the growth plates are still open and the bone tissue shows signs of being spongy on the x-ray, you're still getting taller, congratulations :)
