I am 16 years old about 190 lbs 5,6 in. Any tips on losing weight/ exercises?

You should combine exercising and doing a diet. Start slowly.
Walking/going out to run everyday and paying attention to how many calories you consume is a good starting point. Drinking more water also helps a bit.
But PAY ATTENTION to keep consuming all the nutrients and vitamins your body needs.
