... am very sporty - I do dance, running and swimming everyday. I started by just cutting out sweets, crisps, chocolate etc but now I skip breakfast, have a few pieces of pasta for lunch and a sandwich for dinner. I really don't want to be anorexic but I can't make myself eat! Its like a downward spiral! I am 5'7 and weigh 41kg - how can I stay thin but start eating more? And how can I start eating more?
