I really would like to be comfy in my own skin, not have thigh fat or no extra belly fat. I also have a double chin and wear make-up to make myself look prettier as not to look at my fat. I have tried insanity, but I don't have the time. I have also tried diets but can't find a good one. Please help, no mean answers! :)

you are 13 you are going to grow in your skin believe me i was 13 once i kinda grew quicker then most girls so i felt awkward at one poin, you dont need make-up to hide yourself a little is fine but dont over do it and to be heathy dont worry about being skinny but on being heathy by eatting right and exercising :)
Some of my friends (girls) went through a weight phase that you are going through & grew out of it.
Basic rules to safey lose weight are.
1) Control those calories, energy in should be just less than energy out.
2) You should not feel hungry, your body slows down otherwise assuming food is difficult to get. Soups & a glass of water before meals are good ways of preventing this.
3) Cut out the junk food. Replace with 5 portions of fruit & vegetables.
4) Exercise, better still take up a hobby that involves it that you can share with friends. Exercise may only burn a few hundred calories per hour but they can tip the balance to energy out.
5) Do not follow any fad diets, they could harn you especially as your still growing up & generally do not work or just a disguised way of low energy intake.
These are a few ideas, but its a good idea to see your doctor to checkout what your going to do, this is preventive healthcare & will have great ideas to set you up with a happy healthy eating habits for life!
More ideas for you to explore are found if you enter into Google "teenage diets"
I liked the "Eating tips for teenagers/Better health channel" about third or fourth down, it has been approved by the Deakin Australian University & last updated in 2012.
Hope you find this helpful, you are probably going through a phase but use as motivation to gain healthy habits ( that will give you a head start over your mates in maintaining a healthy body weight we all get to use in later life!).
I see what you mean, but being 140 at age 13 really isn't fat. I take it you've read my comment below. I an 175 and still going strong. 140 really isn't fat.
You should not worry. Girl, I'm your age and I'm 175 and I don't care. Stop worrying about the small things in life and focus on the most important.
If this is because you're worried your never gonna get a date or something, don't worry. Being a twig, in my opinion, is not very attractive.

The aquiring & practicing of habits that promote life long good health are are worth it, towards this goal I gave my advice and I believe the question was requesting.
I agree with you that any dieting should not be done to conform to a synthetically impossible to achieve Photoshoped ideal of female form promoted by a fashion industry & sad to say supported by many girls who buy the magazines & products as a result!
I would agree, your self-image could really affect your confidence. Losing weight would really start in the kitchen. You just have to keep that in mind. Then it would be a domino effect. You would gain confidence as you lose weight. Also, you have to recognize on the loose skin after losing weight. This is the reason most men and women would undergo tummy tuck surgery. This is the medical procedure I learned from lotusmedicalinternational.com.
Just for anybody else reading my comment as you sound sensible with emphasise on HEALTHY. Watch out you do not slip into unhealthy eating habits & develop a eating disorder (hence my advice on moderation & longterm! )
