I always have a pop-up windows when open any browser how can I get ride of it?

what browser are you running internet explorer has a big problem with that it can really make things hard to do it happens sometimes with google chrome also there you have to go up to the three lines in your web page in the top right hand corner click that then go to internet options it will take you to extentions click onto that then wait till it comes up then uncheck the boxes that have adds on them uncheck and then put it into the trash another way is to go into where they have uninstall programs and they can be in there to as well uninstall them
