I am skinny and i run about half a mile, 15 pushups, 25 crunches, 15 jumping jumping jacks in the morning, after school i have soccer practice and i do all my excersises after soccer practice and games too. I am 12 years old and I am pretty much the healthiest in of my friends. I JUST FEEL LIKE IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! People say it will work over time but it does not! I also TRY to eat healthy but it just NEVER works for me! Please help!

You could be over working yourself. You could be missing something from your diet. It could mean you are not eating enough. If you are exercising a lot you may not be eating enough. Eating more carbs when your extremely active is important. Being skinny doesn't mean you're healthy. If you're still experiencing problems speak to a doctor. They can take your blood to see if you're missing anything specific and pinpoint anything else.
