I accidentally installed some Chinese stuff and and I restarted my laptop and it show blank screen?

It is now showing a blank screen with a Chinese logo and i am really worried . I am using Windows 10

seems a big problem... try restarting your laptop in safe mode.. hold shift and restart combination.. now, when in safe mode.. uninstall all the programs and features that might have intruded your system...
