I accidentally bought a PC LED light. Wondering if I could install them to my desk?

First, you need to learn what the words mean. you don't "accidentally" buy anything. Second, you need to get your grammar straight. "A" light is not "them". Third, you need to consider that maybe nobody knows what you are talking about. "PC LED" does not indicate anything unless someone happens to know what it indicates, and you don't usually install things to your desk, so you need to figure out how to explain what that means.
