It started when we were on a long drive and he kept saying his underwear was too tight. That was two days ago...it was sudden but now constant. Went to med express they said they have to set up an ultrasound...he seems very tired today after the doctor im not sure if maybe because of the anxiety of going and everything but im very worried. We hve also been h ing fertility issues for 7 years he has never been tested for anything related to that tho. Any insight will help. Should we go to the emergency room for the ultrasound or wait until they call with his appointment time?
