Last 4 or 5 days Im feeling hungry, well starving at this point, but the thought of any type of food makes me want to throw up, i started back up at the gym a few weeks ago n started eating healthier, more fruits and veges ect, but now i cant seem to stomach anything, im so hungry im shaky n cant think but t=still cant stomach food, i cant even sleep, help!

Then you will have to ask someone you know for help. Just do not keep this for yourself!
