I try watching new episodes of TV shows on HULU which is why I got HULU. But for some reason HULU is slow and sometimes choppy on my Windows PC but it works great on my PS3. is my PC the problem or is the service the problem? I've read that other people don't like it and like it for similar reasons. I just tried watching a new episode of a TV show that I like and the Adobe Flash Player crashed when I tried rewinding the video.

Consoles have the exact same software on them, so its easier to make something work on them compared to the PC. PCs have graphics drivers, windows updates, microsoft framework, direct x, flash versions.... and I could keep going.
Another issue could be not enough ram, graphics power, slow ethernet port, slow hard drives, etc.
I like HULU,
I only have HULU for the new episodes of the TV shows I like. Other than that I'm more of a Netflix fan. Netflix has a much better selection of movies and TV shows, Another thing I like about Netflix is no commercials.
My problems are probably with my graphics drivers and my old Cisco box which can only support one device at a time, My connection is good though. I got HULU running again and it hasn't crashed except for that one time. I think it might be with all of the advertising on HULU also. I think all of the commercials ect. can help slow it down for some computers.
