Hulk has unlimited strength goku fails stability on any super saiyen (sryy if misspelled) Forms hulk has three types of forms in other arguement people dont bothe to bring up hulk ain't gonna go down with his highly regeneration ability goku does not have that But if he gets beat in sayian form then more power is achieved from that intent but his spirit bomb will give hulk damage but no kill high durability hulk has people Goku requires energy to continue in a fight and runs out on some occasions so i need a real answer if it's not true I will compromise
