How you could deal,work,live with people from diffrent religions,culture and ethics?

By realizing that religions, cultures, ethics may be different but the essence of all humanity is the same. The Soul inside all of us is not different; ultimately, we all are the same, we are not different from each other. The balloon may be red, blue, green, orange on the outside, but the air inside the balloon is the same. When we realize that we are all the same Soul, the same divinity, then we will be able to deal with different people from different ethnicities, religions, cultures, nationalities with the same love.
