to lose weight or gain weight, you need to know/do 3 things:
1) what's your caloric maintenance level?(Google it)
2)what's your caloric intake? keep a log of what you eat and drink. There are free tools on line. Google it
3)keep track of your additional activities. These burn calories.
if your number is below maintenance level, you'll burn fat. If it's above, you'll gain fat... very simple.
