How would you deal with a conflict amongst children aged 3-4?

You are never to young for a friendship shirt, you take a large adult tshirt and decorate it all pretty and when two of your kids get into it they wear it until they get along, I only have one 3 year old, and when she fights with us we play with her until she's happy again, toddlers and young children tend to forget about conflict rather quickly. I'll assume they were fighting over one toy and if you can't distract one of them with a different toy then possibly hide the one toy for 5 minutes enough time to get the kids playing somewhere else. How often do you do large group activities like duck duck goose or something? Maybe introducing a group activity time a couple times a week even just for 30 minutes will get the kids to form new relationships with each other? Just a few ideas, idk the details of the conflict so I hope my 3 solutions help u.
