I was told by someone that they had a needle inserted into their head to remove juices/cancerous cells out of their brain and it completely got rid of the chance of getting cancer, this also took only about 30-40 minutes for this procedure. But there was no scar or anything where the needle was inserted into the patients head. They also told me that it caused terrible migraines. I'm not sure if there is a procedure for this but if there is please inform me.
How would "cancerous cells and juices" be removed from the brain? And what is this diagnoses called?

Also, if the patient has this tumor or fluids in the brain, would they lose hair like other cancers? And what are the symptoms of it? Would this person be able to live a normal life or would they be very sick all of the time?

What they usually do is called a biopsy. They make a tiny incision (or in this case, insert the needle because it's risky cutting open the head), and drain the tumor with a needle.
Let's remember, though, that nothing completely gets rid of the chance of getting cancer. It can always come back, even when you're declared cancer-free. Nothing is set in stone.
Odds are, having a needle in your brain, sucking out the juices and tumor are going to give you a migraine for a while, until your brain adjusts to the "trauma".
