There are two kinds of dragons, the mythical one and the fictional one. The mythical dragon was recorded by tribes all around the world and they all gave the identical description: feathered body of a snake, bearded face of a lion, and eyes that shoot lightning bolts. Quetzalcoatl was worshiped in Mesoamerica for thousands of years, and the Chinese to this day dance with one in parades and celebrations.

The fictional dragon can be anything your story telling skills can support. A good inspiration for you would be "How To Train Your Dragon".

hi, thanks for your answer :)
im talking about the mythical dragon and forgot about some details so sorry about that, particularly my character is part of a western dragon variety, hes green in color with a bit of purple. im looking for how he would think act and most likely what he would do since i have his looks already figured out.
toothless is cute but hes not exactly the kind of dragon im looking for to learn anything from. ive seen drako, saphira, eustace, basically many dragons from movies and a few from books ^^.
agan thank you very much for your answer though.
