For pelvic inflammatory disease, is there any way to treat this without producing side effects? Tried many antibiotics but too much side effects. I heard fuyan pills can treat this safely but I'm not sure.

It is a mistake to guess at such things. You need to learn how to search a subject.
Google is the front door to the internet. You can type anything into the dialog box and google will find all known links to the subject, even to the point of checking your spelling and suggesting words that you might want to search instead. You can even search "google advanced" to find out what tricks you can do with it.
I don't know anything about PID, but I do know that you can treat a lot of conditions by just eating correctly. For that you need to read books about nutrition. Books, not websites. Websites will only publish medial information provided by MDs. Doctors have no training in nutrition. Nutrition is not a medical subject, but everybody thinks it is, and websites just don't want the legal hassles. So you have to buy hard copy books and read them.
