Well... Make sure you have a exercise schedule of about 3-4 hours/week. Try to spread it out each day. Running, swimming, biking are a few ideas.,if your hair grows fast , you should trim it about every 4-6 weeks to keep it healthy. If it grows slow, give it a trim about every 3 months to keep it healthy.it should be long by the end of the summer if you start now. Go to your eye doctor and talk with your parents about getting contacts...there are different products out there to help your skin. Go to a store and ask them for products that can help your skin glow. (Remember if you are outside, the sun will help, too) there is no special treatment to help you gain self- confidence. But you can try thinking good thoughts about your self, hanging out with friends/ making new friends, try to not be shy, etc... I don't know if this will all help, but try to fell good about yourself, no matter what the outcome! Good luck!
There are various ways of changing how you appear. The most important is diet. Eat a healthy diet of non-processed foods (i.e. fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and food you have prepared yourself. Avoid anything processed in a can or tin or things you put in the microwave). Second most important is a healthy exercise regime. It doesn't have to be back-breaking, just regular (i.e. every day) and enough to get you slightly out of breath for 20-30 minutes.
The other changes are cosmetic. I think glasses on a girl are quite attractive but that's probably a bit hypocritical as I wear contact lenses myself. You could give contacts a try. They take a little getting used to but I swear by them now. As for your hair, you could try a different style (i.e. with straighteners) or a different colour. Certain colours that just don't work at all with pink skin look fantastic with brown skin.
If you have a little money, you could also invest in some new clothes that flatter your shape. Finally, attitude. If you feel you are beautiful, you will project beauty. That's obviously easier if you're feeling confident about yourself and the way you look (which is where the diet, exercise and cosmetic changes help).
The Bible speaks highly of being “moderate in habits.” (1 Timothy 3:11)
●So avoid skipping meals or going to extremes in dieting. In contrast, a reasonable eating program, balanced with moderate but regular exercise, will help you look and feel your best. Something as simple as a brisk walk or stair climbing may suffice.
● Dress modestly, and maintain good hygiene. Your dress and grooming are like loudspeakers that broadcast your inner thoughts and attitudes. If your clothing is well-arranged and modest, it will send a very positive message. (1 Timothy 2:9) If it is provocative or sloppy, the message will be loud and clear—and negative!
Basically, getting fit and slim would start in the kitchen. Sure, you can go with different exercise routine, but if you do not pay attention to your diet, then it would be useless. Also, you can always meet with your surgeon prior to the summer season. I came across with lotusmedicalinternational.com. I didn't realize there are a lot of women trying to make a body make over. I am not alone. Or should I say, we are not alone. So long as we're determined, we can do this.
