yesterday i had to go to the dentist BUT UNLUCKY ME got my bottom spacers and now there not gonna TAKE THOSE STUPID THINGS OUT SO I USED MY tounge to try to take them out but one of the bottom one pops out now im trying to take the other one off SO HOW DO I TAKE MY OTHER SIDE OF THE SPACER OUT?
p.s i tryed to use a hook item but my gum started bleeding and its starting to get wiggly

well the way i see it if the dr was going to take those out he would have with additional instructions but sense he didn't take the spacers out he might want them left in thats what i got from the conversation you talked about so i sure woyuldn't mess with them instead say he didn't stress anything with the spacers so ask what the intentions are for the spacers and how much longer does he want you to have them in
