Open the front of your meter, see the disk spinning round - wait until you see a little hole in it - as it approachs be ready to stick a pin or some think wot will fit into it and stop the disk from spinning BUT TAKE CARE NOT TO DAMAGE YOUR METER

It is not a disc meter it is a digital meter
